How Did We get Here?
I moved to Sun Valley in 2004, to start the U.S. bike division at SCOTT Sports. SCOTT was founded some 80+ years ago by Sun Valley resident Ed Scott building ski poles. We had a blast and built it into a handsome sized company. Then the Swiss owner bought out my shares and convinced the rest of the team to move to Salt Lake City. We (Adrian, Lars, Nowel) all refused to go. We started CrankTank in 2016 and we have never looked back.
We needed a place to work as our company was growing and a great space was available so we bought the building and formed the CrankTank Office Club to share a professional, efficient, yet relaxed, comfortable place to work with like-minded entrepreneurs like ourselves.

We take two days a year for outdoor Team building. One in the winter and one in the summer. Last winter we went Cat skiing at Soldier and got super lucky with a foot of fresh pow! Life is good…
